We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Meridian Windsor Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, driveway installation and replacement, patio construction, stamped and decorative concrete, sidewalk building, garage floors, retaining walls, foundations, pool decks, steps, concrete cutting, and related flatwork and structural concrete services. Services are provided in Windsor, CA and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written agreement or accepted written estimate between you and Meridian Windsor Concrete Company. No verbal agreement creates a binding obligation. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates provided by Meridian Windsor Concrete Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If site conditions, project scope, or material requirements change after an estimate is issued, the price may be adjusted. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with additional work.
Prices may be affected by changes in material costs, permit fees, or unforeseen conditions discovered during excavation or site preparation. We will communicate any such changes promptly.
Project start dates are scheduled upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Concrete work cannot be safely performed during rain or when rain is forecast within the curing window. We will notify you of any weather-related delays and reschedule at the earliest available date.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please provide at least 72 hours of notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any scheduling deposit, as materials and labor may already have been committed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure, crew availability, or unsafe site conditions. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit at project commencement and a final payment upon completion. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by California law. If collection action is required, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.
A mechanic lien may be placed on your property in accordance with California Civil Code if payment is not received as agreed. We will provide required preliminary notices in compliance with applicable California lien law.
You are responsible for the following before and during the project:
Where required by local ordinance, Meridian Windsor Concrete Company will obtain necessary building permits before commencing work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in your estimate. We will coordinate required inspections with the applicable jurisdiction.
